Finding Your Passion
By Shanna Beaman · Comments (0)
Tuesday, October 11th, 2011
Do you ever ask yourself "What IS my passion and what would make me
happy? How do I decide what I want to do?"
Sometimes it's difficult to determine what you want to do with your
life. Whether you are deciding for the first time or if you currently
have a career or a job that you don't enjoy, this short set of
questions will help guide you toward a good choice of direction.
o What makes me happy?
o What do I enjoy doing?
o What comes naturally to me?
o What am I good at?
o What do I learn quickly?
Now look at any similarities in your answers and draw some ideas from
them. You can now take this information and research the field of
possibilities in the areas you have compiled.
When you wonder "How do I know when I have found my passion?" just ask
yourself this question: "If I won the lottery today, would I keep doing
what I am doing now?" If the answer is "yes" then you are (or will be)
doing what makes you happy.
"Pursuing your passion is fulfilling and leads to financial
freedom." -- Robert G. Allen

Harness The Power Of Goal Setting
By Shanna Beaman · Comments (3)
Monday, February 21st, 2011
There is nothing in life as powerful as mastering the skill of goal
setting and there is no other skill that can take you farther. Thus, if
you are going to master one skill in life, it should be the skill of
proper and effective goal setting.
Runner Hurdling, Dreams are Possible- Goal setting is powerful
and it will take you to the places you have only imagined. It will lead
you straight down the path of your dreams.
So how do you harness this powerful skill? You study, read, practice
and find a teacher or a mentor. You master goal setting the same way
you acquire any other skill in your life.
Your goals must be written, specific, realistic, have a purpose, and a
deadline. You must create a plan and then take the actions steps in
that plan.
When you begin taking action, you will not allow anything to stop you.
You are unstoppable, you are focused and determined; you believe in
yourself and in your goals.
When you believe, you shall achieve.

Experience your Dreams
By Ken BrockBank · Comments (1)
Tuesday, February 1st, 2011
dream, dreaming, word dream, achievement- Do you want to
experience your dreams?
The best way to build your dreams and goals is to actually go out and
physically see, touch and experience log home, dream home, log
cabin- as many of them as you can. If you want a new house, find
a house like the one you want. Walk through it and talk about where
you'd put your furniture. Imagine what it would be like if your family
lived there. If it's a new car you want, go to a car dealership, pick
out the color and options you want, and then test-drive the car. If
your dream is a second home at the lake or beach, rent one for the
weekend and take the family.
Lamborghini, expensive car, sports car, sporty car-
Experiencing your dreams and goals firsthand makes them real for you in
a way that nothing else can. It helps you feel what your life will be
like when you achieve them. Take a snapshot of your dream or goal
(pictures that include you or your family work best). When you get
home, put the picture in a conspicuous place. Once you've physically
experienced a goal, every time you see a picture of it, you will
remember what it felt like to "live" that goal and your desire to
accomplish it will grow. These pictures are there to help you visualize
your goals. This is a powerful mental exercise that will change your
life.
Remember, turning dreams into goals and the entire dream-building
process doesn't happen in one or two days. Take your time and do it
right. With dream building you will literally expand and transform your
life.

Motivating Yourself To Change
By Shanna Beaman · Comments (1)
Sunday, January 9th, 2011
What do you want in life and how do you envision your future?
What is your dream: a new house, a better relationship with your spouse
or partner, to get out of debt, to live a healthier life style or just
to lose a few pounds? Do you find yourself wasting a lot of time and
not doing anything that will help you reach your goals in life?
How can you motivate yourself to change so you can get exactly what you
want out of life?
motivation hand-
Motivate Yourself - Change Your Life
Firstly, you have to WANT to change; you must choose to change. You,
and only you, are in control of your destiny. Choosing to change means
that you are willing to do what it takes to get what you want in life;
you will give up your daily status quo routine in exchange for
something better for tomorrow.
Secondly, you must break through barriers to change. Decide what you
want and then make a commitment to yourself. Write down your commitment
and make a list of the actions you will need to take. Write down what
you must give up and how you will do it. Make a plan to not overwhelm
yourself, because that will cause failure.
Thirdly, you must motivate yourself. Write down what motivates you;
take the time to assess your life and learn about yourself. Know your
likes, your dislikes, and what makes you happy and sad. Be aware of
what you want in life and put it on paper. You need to know these
things before you can begin to change anything.
Don't let life decide change for you. Don't wait so long that you have
no choice. For example, you lose your job so you have to find a new one
or your doctor gives you bad news about your health and now you have to
lose weight or suffer terrible consequences.
There are times when you know you need to change, but you only think
about it; you don't take action. Instead of being proactive like
seeking new employment before you are laid you off or taking care of
yourself, you wait until it's too late and then you are forced into
action.
If you know you want something better in your life, why not take action
now?
Missing Motivation-
Find Your Motivation
What do you envision for yourself? What do you want in life? What would
make you happy? Get a clear vision of what you want; your vision will
solidify your commitment and give you a direction for action.
Without vision, how will you know where you are going? You will
continue to live your life status quo and the circumstances of every
day will determine your destiny for you.
Motivation to change comes from within.
Our self development course will help you work through all of these
questions and give you guidance. Through live calls and recorded
lessons, we work with you to help you be happier, healthier and more
motivated. Start today turning your dreams into reality.

Visualize Your Dreams
By Shanna Beaman · Comments (0)
Monday, November 22nd, 2010
Visualization is a key factor in staying motivated. Your mind activates
and starts working on your dreams every time you "see" your goal.
visualize your future, visualization, goal setting, dream board-
Using visualization is easy when you use a dream board. A dream board
is a collage of your goals. Simply create a dream board and hang it
where you will see it regularly.
To build your dream board, these are some of the items you will need:
o Poster board or cork board
o Pictures or words of your goals
o Glue, tape, or tacks
Arrange your words and pictures in a fun manner and attach them to your
board. Hang your dream board in your shower (using a large waterproof
zipper bag), next to your mirror, bed, or in your work area and look at
it often.
Stay motivated and energized by starting every day with visualization
of your future!

The "To-Do-List"
By Tom Beaman · Comments (0)

Mental vs. Written vs. Honey-Do
The infamous To-Do List...
I think we all know about this nifty little tool in our lives. There
are different kinds of To-Do lists: the Mental List, the Written List,
and the all time favorite, Honey Do List. All of these can be effective
tools, although, they do differ in their effectiveness.
The "Mental List"
This list is used by all of us. We all ponder over the things we want
to get done, the things we need to get done, and the things we wish we
could get done. The main problem with the Mental List is its vastness.
It can be as big as our minds will allow it to be. The Mental List,
along with its vastness, is usually not as organized as it should be
and can be overwhelming. It is ever-changing and forming to meet our
immediate needs.
The flexibility of the Mental List is another of its downfalls. We can
easily place obstacles in our own way. We can all find reasons, or
excuses, why we can't get something done. On this list, it is far too
easy to put things off until tomorrow. With the Mental List we often
retreat to the comfort of our own mind, where we justify our actions
with the very secure feeling that someday these things will be done,
and when they are, all things will be okay. This shows the
ineffectiveness of the Mental List. A good friend of mine once told me
"The Mental List is wonderful.......a wonderful waste of time."
The to-do list, Honey-do list, goal setting, getting organized, time
management- The "Written List"
This is the most effective of all the To-Do lists. Its simplicity is
its most powerful characteristic. It is not as easily changed as the
Mental List.
The Written List is firm and works best if kept brief and prioritized.
One of the best features of the Written List is the act of crossing off
items as they are completed. Not only are things getting done, but you
see the list getting smaller. This simple reward of a shrinking list
has a very large impact on your subconscious mind. Your mind will then
motivate you to do the next task, as it loves to be rewarded.
Another advantage of the Written List is that your creation of
obstacles is more difficult. If there is, in fact, an obvious obstacle
to a particular task, it is best to write down that obstacle as its own
task. A good example of this happened to me recently. I had to rake the
leaves from my yard but before I could do that I had to buy a new rake.
I simply put that obstacle on my To-Do list as "Buy a new rake." Once
that was completed, I had no reason NOT to rake the leaves from my
yard. One easy step....two things off the list! If I were using the
Mental List I could have easily put this off until the snow flew. The
Written List holds you accountable to yourself, and it works.
The "Honey Do List"
This list can come in two forms, the verbal and the written. I'm sure
most of us would prefer to hear the Verbal List. Why? Simple; as with
the Mental List, it can easily be overcome by merely stating that you
forgot or some other lame excuse. This may work a few times but, more
often than not, the author of this verbal list will quickly recognize
their error and present you, as if by magic, a Written List.
Now you have two lists. That in itself, can become overwhelming. The
easy remedy to this situation is to move the things from the Honey-Do
List to your Written List.
Conclusion
I must admit I was a victim of the Mental List strategy. My wife, on
the other hand, has used the Written List exclusively for years. The
difference was she was getting things done and I was simply talking a
big game, with no real results. She did try to convert me many times,
but I held fast to my beliefs and paid the consequences with constant
inefficiency. The why, when and how to all of this can be learned and
fine tuned by simply visiting goalsmentor and enrolling in
their straightforward course. The fact is, she finally convinced me to
try it. I now use the Written List and it works like a charm.

Change Your Words for Success!
By Shanna Beaman · Comments (0)
Monday, August 16th, 2010
Words are powerful and they can make the difference between failure and
success. Words, just like goals, determine our actions.
When we eliminate negative words and substitute them with positive
thoughts and words, then we gain hope and courage. We give ourselves
encouragement to move toward the successes we deserve.
Below are words you shouldn't use and a positive substitute word or
phrase for each: Words for success, self improvement, goal
setting-
Quit .................I can do it
Cannot ...........I can
Unable ............I am willing and able
Impossible ....If it's realistic, it's possible.
But ................And (usually works)
If ....................When
Should ..........Will
Won't ............Will
Maybe ..........For sure
Someday ......Today
Never ............Now
Try .................I'll do it
For just one week, think before you commit to saying a negative word or
statement. When you do this, it will improve your happiness, make you
more enthusiastic and move you in the direction of your goals.
Share this with someone you care about!

Find other ZORGIUM pages using AZ.COM:

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:
Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of
http://bing.com,
http://yahoo.com or
http://google.com.
Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
